ARE YOU HAPPY WITH YOUR LIFE?

I am extremely down today. Not sure if it's due to the bad weather or I'm just not happy. Why do people have so much feeling? Feeling happy, sad, pain, sour, bitter and etc. Sometimes, I wish I can stop thinking and be happy everyday. Can one really be happy everyday? I've tried choosing to be happy everyday but is difficult. I've seen many people live on a day to day basis and still be happy. I asked myself many times why are these people so simple and can live so happily? Why not me? Am I asking too much or I'm just thinking too much!!

There are just too many episodes in life for us to worry. Don't know when will it end? I'm tired!! I'm really really TIRED!! Hoping to get away from my children for a couple of days. I seriously need some ME-Time!! I need the space to find myself again!!

Hey girl, sounds like u're pretty stressed up. Glad the Blog Love cheered u up a bit. :)
I guess we hv our ups n downs. Some days, everything jes doesn't seem right. And when u're tied down with kids 24/7, it jes tires u out. Esp in ur case when u're practically on ur own, w/o relatives ard. Hope u're able to squeeze in some ME time.
Btw, I've sent u an e-mail. ;)

Now i know why u cant smile....
It's very normal for u to ask for Me-time and unhapi.. we r human, there's always up and down in life.... It's all depand on how we handle the feeling and let go .... Not easy ... Me myself sometime do feel down with life and things around me ... so fan, so uneasy, no wan to turn to...
why not take a break to go shopping and just go for a walk for a while, or do something u like the most ....

hi there..good to see a new post in your blog..but it looks like a sad one though...hope you have sorted out your unhappiness...be positive...be thankful for what we have, however insignifant. Our morning breakfast, our cup of coffee, the lovely breeze, etc etc..well, do pop over for some light entertainment from my cheeky girl...god bless

How about trying to spare some time to do something that pampers yourself like... spa, manicure etc or something you like to do?

It is quite common that we (especially for woman cum mommy)feel down sometimes. Try to look at things in a +ve aspect eg happy family, 2 adorable n healthy kids, stable financial, etc..... If u are bored with your current routine, try to do something diff n challenging. I always challenge myself by doing many new things ie cooking a new dish, learn new knowledge n share with my son, set up my blog, read newspapers to update myself etc. I am always "LOOK LIKE BUSY" so that I will feel motivated. My ME time is when everyone goes to bed. Find some closed relatives n friends (or even ur hubby) to express your feelings. I am sure u will feel better after u talk it out.
Happiness is always in your hand and it is up to u to expore it. ;-)

ohhhh what do i do when i'm unhappy? believe it or not, i go for a vigorous exercise! all the swaeting made me feel good after that...try it once, maybe you will get addicted to it (apart from staying healthy and fit!)

there's some many things to get worried and be sad about, but if we keep it all inside us, we are easily flared up...

so if you thk having some ME time to yourself is a cure to you, by all means, take a break and go for a short hols!

sometimes my daughter also made me stressed up, so during the day time when she is at the bb sitter, i always try to fing some time for myself...it helps!

stay happy ok...

p/s: try to go for sports/exercise...it really helps!

hi Linda, feeling down is part of everyone's life. You know I juz tot that you are such a happy and lucky person when I read your anniversary post last week.

I see you good and you see me good, that's what my friend told me last Saturday. So think positively and take a rest when you need it...

Life comes with its ups and down. That's what makes us human...to be able to experience happiness, sadness, confusion and love. Don't worry Linda.
